boosting platform comprehensive for advertisers

Pinterest is where people search for ideas—turning Pins into real life experiences. Our task was to create a visually engaging B2B experience to show advertising professionals why it’s more important than ever to show up on the platform. We did so by taking them on Pinterest’s unique platform journey from ‘discovery to decision to do.’

Our approach was led by our belief that the best B2B events marry B2C thinking – engaging creative solutions to bring people into the brand in an exciting and memorable way.

pins manifested

We brought Pins to life by transforming the events space into all things Canadian summer. From grilling season to patio vibes to our lively bloom bar, guests discovered and interacted with the space to better understand how ideas on Pinterest manifest into real life experiences.

creating moments of inspiration

We created 7 unique vignettes to show advertisers what ideas look like on Pinterest – placing QR codes in each space for guests to scan and see directly on Pinterest.

shopping the platform is simple

Finally, we turned Pins into real life experiences by gifting attendees items related to the vignettes throughout the space. Attendees took home items included DIY Pinterest picnic blankets, tote bags, or country-scented Lohn candles.

the results

The event was a resounding success, welcoming 403 attendees and receiving a 92% satisfaction rate on our post-event survey.
