bringing holt’s holiday magazine to the streets

To bring Holt Renfrew’s Holiday Magazine and ‘Share Joy’ theme to the streets, we created a buzzy newsstand build and took it across Canada’s major cities.

a retro-futuristic take on a classic newsstand

Inspired by vintage European-style magazine stands, we put a fresh and retro-futuristic spin on it, drawing guests in and dazzling them with a dream-like experience. Using the brand’s iconic magenta colour, we grabbed attention and inspired folks to pick up their copy of the magazine and enjoy a complimentary coffee and macaron featuring the Holt Renfrew bear.

the results

Throughout the 15 activation days, we handed out over 30k magazines to more than 25K attendees, creating impactful awareness and excitement for the Holt’s Holiday Magazine and their ‘Spread Joy’ theme.
