Elevate Festival is Canada’s fastest growing tech and innovation conference, welcoming 10,000+ attendees every year. This year, we created a uniquely Google space to remind attendees of Google’s leading presence in the future of tech.

We designed an inviting space that allowed guests to gather, recharge, and network, while keeping Google top of mind. Throughout the space, attendees could enjoy a Women+ in Tech speaker session, lively networking areas, and a coffee bar serving up tasty lattés. We created custom builds along the walls which transform the space, making for a brighter and more inviting environment. We also made way for local nods including the subtle Toronto shoutouts like the iconic CN Tower.

We brought it all together through creative ideation and execution, project management, program planning & logistics, vendor sourcing, event day support and reconciliation. The event was a success, welcoming a packed house of attendees flowing through and engaging in Google’s footprint on the future of tech.
