Some jobs are just not it. Stuffy cubicles, crazy long meetings, and no culture. Who wants that? Certainly not Gen Z. They’re looking for shared values, culture and an extension of their lifestyle. So, to launch IntouchCX’s, a global leader in customer support, first-ever digital recruitment campaign, we needed to prove it wasn’t just a regular call center job. But a job that could answer their purpose.
uncovering their purpose
For Gen Z, their purpose is guided by their interests. The ones they’ve spent decades liking, sharing, and posting about online. So, we took all that action in, to create a digital campaign rooted in what Gen Z are actually passionate about. Things like wellness, gaming, and fashion.
passions into paychecks
We created “It’s Calling”, a digital recruitment campaign revealing how Gen Z’s interests could be answered with a job at IntouchCX. We developed three OLV spots and five social posts each rooted in specific Gen Z interests. From copy to vibrant visual identity, each spot intersected an interest with working at IntouchCX. Yoga for work-life balance, fashion for finding the perfect career fit, and gaming for a team that’s got your back. To keep the momentum going, our five social posts drove further engagement with copy and visuals that synced with our OLV spots.

We proved IntouchCX isn’t just a way to pay the bills. But a calling. And Gen Z answered, resulting in 219K+ paid reach and 264.7K+ paid impressions, in just one month; in one of our nine global markets.
