Mansouri Living tasked The Mint Agency with creating a fresh name, logo, and brand identity to launch their new luxurious 11-story boutique condo development, communicating the exclusivity of their 45 contemporary suites with a focus on artful design. (Located at Avenue and Davenport)
- Follow intensive research and development with our marketing team to develop the brand concept
- Segment the target consumer into four primary groups and develop creative Personas to further understand their personalities and properly target in a meaningful way
- Establish a naming structure that would appeal to the target demographic and encompassed the essence of the brand
- Develop an iconic logo
- Develop Visual identity through mood boards
- Develop brand components including: brand values, tone and personality, value proposition, brand positioning and promise.
- Create brand marketing elements beginning with a responsive website including floor plans and blog area
- Produce marketing pieces including signage, a hard-cover brochure, e-blasts and print and digital advertising that was circulated through a media buy including print and out-of-home
